Speed & agility clinic

Our Speed Clinics focus on developing linear speed, change of direction speed and agility specific to soccer. Our winter clinic will take place indoors at George Mason University. U9 to U19 Boys and Girls from any club are welcome at this clinic.

The clinic is designed to improve the player's skills in the following areas:

Acceleration - Learn to develop an explosive first step to allow quicker acceleration.
Reaction Speed - Sharpen your reaction time and reflexes which may make the split second difference between getting to the ball or not.
Linear Speed - Progress fundamental body mechanics to achieve optimal linear speed to be able to gain separation from opponents.
Change of Direction Speed and Agility - Become more powerful with your movements to quickly change direction on your opponent as an attacker or match your opponent's movements as a defender.

Time: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Dates: Clinic 1 - Sep 7, 14, 21, 28
Dates: Clinic 2 - Oct 5, 12, 19, 26
Cost: $160 for 4 sessions or $290 for 8 sessions
U9 to U19 Boys and Girls
Players from any club are welcome!
